Order Processing

All A Z U R A orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

Shipping Times & Costs

We offer Free Premium 3-Day Delivery on all orders.
Please note: Delivery to certain remote pin codes may take an additional 1-2 business days depending on our courier partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking link. You can track your package directly through our delivery partner's portal.

Undeliverable Packages & RTO

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, or if the customer refuses delivery, we reserve the right to deduct a standard shipping fee from any applicable refunds.
