7-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a strict 7-day replacement policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not offer returns or refunds for "buyer's remorse" or a change of mind.
Eligibility for a Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any claim for a damaged or defective item, a clear, uncut unboxing video is strictly required. The video must show the shipping label, the sealed package being opened, and the defect in the product. Without this video, we cannot accept the return or replacement request.
How to Start a Claim
To start a return/replacement, contact us at marskindustrieslimited@gmail.com with your order number and the unboxing video.
If your claim is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address or provide instructions on where to send the package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
